Lurking behind many nasal and sinus conditions are allergies.

"Allergy testing is the important adjunct in the diagnosis of your nasal and sinus conditions," Indianapolis Sinus Center's Dr. Anthony D. Sanders said. "Allergy testing is offered as well as allergy treatments in our office in a convenient manner."

Better yet, there are now alternatives to allergy shots that don't even require a trip into the center.

It's called home sublingual immunotherapy.

"A drop of serum is placed under the tongue once a day to take the place of allergy injections, which frequently require an office visit every week,"  Dr. Sanders said.

Sanders is Hoosier born, raised and educated with degrees from Indiana State University and Indiana University School of Medicine.

He completed his residency in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery,  facial plastics and reconstructive surgery at Northwestern University.   Dr. Sanders is also a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic  Allergy and is Board Certified by the American Board of  Otolaryngology.

In addition to nasal and sinus problems and allergies, the Center also provides relief for sleep apnea and snoring.

“Our physicians are dedicated to improving the lives of Indiana patients,” Sanders said.

Indianapolis Sinus Center is a subsidiary of Southern Indiana ENT, one of the premier ENT clinics in the United States. In successfully treating thousands of sinusitis patients in the office with minimally invasive interventions, Drs. Sanders and Nicholas C.Hollencamp were inspired to open a state-of-the-art center that primarily focuses on sinus,  allergy, and sleep apnea. This center has one primary goal: to provide sinusitis sufferers the relief and long-lasting results they deserve in a comfortable and convenient setting.

Indianapolis Sinus  Center is certified as a NATIONAL Center of Excellence by Stryker ENT,  training other surgeons across the United States on office-based interventions.
